CERTIFICATION
Lavaal follows internal control procedures along the production process and on suppliers, according to the Quality System Certificate ISO 9001:2015.
CONTROLS
The high standard quality is assured by controls at the acceptance and along the product lines. All the incoming materials are subjected to dimensional random checks and to hard metric tests, to monitor and verify the hardness of materials.
LABORATORY TESTS
Lavaal carries on laboratory tests on the products during the design and prototyping step, according to the European regulations UNI EN ISO 13126: 1 + 19. Final tests are completed in the most prestigious European Institutes.
